I've been using the Turtle Strength Weight Lifting Belt for my lifts over the past few weeks. I balance full-time work, two kids and serious training, so support and safety matter. The belt feels solid and firm around my core. It helps me stay braced tight on heavy squats and deadlifts without slipping.
