Turtle Strength Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We ship from Northern Territory, Australia, to all locations Australia-wide via Australia Post.

2. Shipping Options and Costs:
During checkout, you will be provided with two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selection.

3. Order Processing:
We process all orders within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

4. Tracking Your Order:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through Australia Post's tracking system.

5. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Local Pickup:
We do not currently offer a local pickup option.

7. Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us immediately at adam@turtlestrength.com.au. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at adam@turtlestrength.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and strive to offer a satisfactory solution.
