Founded in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia in 2024, Turtle Strength is a tribute to the lifter that puts in the hard work when no one is watching. The Turtle is a metaphor for hard work paying off over time. It’s about chipping away at a goal each and every day. It’s about Hard Work. Unseen.

We understand the dedication and passion of those who train hard, whether it be in their home gyms or late at night after a long shift at work, striving for self-improvement and strength.

Our products cater to athletes in CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, or any other strength sport. Although our inventory is currently small, we are actively expanding it. MEET THE TEAM.

Founded by a passionate husband and wife team, Adam and Laura, Turtle Strength was born out of a shared love for the fitness industry and a commitment to helping others enhance their training experience.

ADAM

Adam’s journey into the world of strength sports began at 16 in a local gym in Melbourne. Over the years, he has cultivated a deep passion for powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding, and strongman competitions. Adam now trains in his home gym, where he achieved a personal best bench press of 170kg.

Professionally, Adam brings extensive experience in digital marketing, having held senior roles in both government and tourism sectors. His expertise in these fields has been instrumental in developing Turtle Strength’s online presence and connecting and building our community of lifters.

LAURA

Laura's background as a state-level gymnast in the Northern Territory laid the foundation for her career in physiotherapy. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University. Laura is a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor with a special interest in Women's Health and over the years has worked with many sporting teams over the years

Laura’s expertise in physiotherapy and her passion for CrossFit and gymnastics enrich the support and guidance we provide to our community at Turtle Strength.
