The belt sizes are based on the measurement of the area where the belt will be worn, not your standard waist size. Use a flexible ruler or string to measure, avoid relying on your pants size, and account for tightening when selecting your size.

Q: What does a weight lifting belt do?
A: Belts increase intra-abdominal pressure by providing resistance for your core muscles to brace against as your abdominal wall expands. Weightlifting belts are generally more flexible, while powerlifting belts are thicker and more rigid. Lifting belts are beneficial for exercises like squats and deadlifts and strength sports such as CrossFit, Powerlifting, Strongman or Bodybuilding.

Q: How to use a weightlifting belt?
A: To use a weightlifting belt, position it around your waist above the hips and tighten it to be snug but not restrictive. The aim is to increase intra-abdominal pressure, as your abdominal wall expands and pushes against the belt. A full tutorial coming on this soon.

Q: How tight should a weightlifting belt be?
A: A fitness belt should be tight enough to support your core without restricting breathing or movement. Wear it around your midsection, just above your hip bones, ensuring it covers your lower back and abdomen.

Q: When should you use a lifting belt?
A: Use a lifting belt during heavy lifting sessions, particularly for exercises like squats and deadlifts, and during the heavy lifting portions of your workouts. If you havn’t used a belt before, be sure to test it when you use lighter weights, before building up to heavy lifting.

Q: Can you use a belt as a lifting belt?
A: Technically yes, but its not optimal and could break under the pressure during a lift so its not recommended. Lifting belts are wider for your abdominals to push against and are more comfortable when lifting heavy weights.

Q: How to choose the right weight lifting belt?
A: If this is your first weightlifting belt, this is a great comfortable multi-purpose belt. Make sure you pick the right size based on the sizing chart to ensure the belt fits snug.

Q: How long do weight lifting belts last?
A: With proper care, a quality weightlifting belt can last several years, depending on frequency of use and maintenance. Keep your belt clean, use a damp cloth and mild soap to clean it. Store the belt in a cool dry place.

Returns will be accepted for up to 50 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
